My experience at Checkr has gone through ups and downs. My first 6 months felt challenging and fulfilling. At other times I have felt unmanaged and unsupported in my work. I hear a lot of promises for change at this company but not as much follow through.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Easy to talk to, very willing to help learn/ teach.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My comensation is currently below the median range for what I should be making at my level and location (reflected on Workday). I would hope for this to be updated.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Options to have limited capacity and time in the office. I felt very disheartening when that announcement went out about office reopening. I feel I would be more productive in office.
