Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like we do the best job recognizing and appreciating employees. I don't feel there are many opportunities to grow or promotions for a job well done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a great group of people! Everyone is smart, works hard, but also knows how to make time for each other and be respectful. We are all on board with the common goal and work hard to get there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think we do a great job of hiring individuals who are positive and embrace the good and bad and try to find a way to spin it in a positive light. Our entire organization knows the importance of being positive and the impact it can have on individuals and the company as a whole if we don't.
