I don't feel undervalued money wise. Sometimes I feel like they have reduced the workforce so much that everyone is doing the work of 2 or 3 people, but we are compensated well.

Some of my coworkers could be better at communicating throughout the day. As a fully remote team, it's important to be able to get status updates, etc. I don't like pointless meetings, but quick slack updates are helpful and some people tend to be absent there.

The leadership need to be more transparent and truthful. At company-wide meetings, they make it sound like everyone is just DYING to go back to an office. However, every single meeting where regular employees interact, they all say they don't want to return to in-person office.
