More pay incentives for yearly goals.

Being able to leave at the wnd of the day.

By a more rapid reaponse. It took 4 weeks to complete my entire hire on process.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
All management cares about if their own pay and bonuses they earn off our work and performance.

My coworkers or are my level act like family trying to help Others achive goals and to grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am regularly asked to perform duties outside of my role responsibilities but i am never compensated for it. I barley get thank yous.
