Learn to listen, not just hear.
Focusing on the weak link employees and get them to pull their fair share of the work load.
Review from Sales Dept
Chevron is a good company but they really nosedived these past 10 years. They show no appreciation to the workers especially at the LLP anymore. Supervisor at LLP is the worst and hires family and friends Nepitism at its best
Review from Operations Dept
They spend too much time micro managing and not enough time or effort into team building.

Start caring more about employees, the environment, and health and safety than you care about your bonuses and profits!
Review from Operations Dept
should be more closely tied to actual performance rather than recognition only so far as "we" can due to "equity" issues.
Women and minorities are HIGHLY preferred. White males over 45 have limited if any career advancement left
Review from Engineering Dept
Lack of promotions and pay raises.
Review from Business Development Dept
The work is too extensive and they expect top quality work and the pay scale doesn't match
Review from Customer Support Dept
I feel like I do more work then I get paid for
Review from Customer Support Dept
Everyone is a coordinator or a tracker. Delivering results is only a small fraction of the requirements at Chevron. Poor performers are rewarded.
Spend less time on smoke breaks and staring at cell phones. Become cognizant of in store processes, i.e. , planogram updates
Review from Sales Dept
My coworkers are mostly made up of friends of the supervisor so a lot of kissing up. Not sure if there is anything to change or improve except maybe establishing boundaries with supervisor
Review from Operations Dept

Managers more in tune to what is going on than their own sphere of operation.
Review from Sales Dept
Attitude is everything coworkers mostly complain about the management and scheduling
Review from Operations Dept
Many of my co workers can’t wait to climb that corporate ladder at whatever cost. They put no effort into training cause they don’t plan on being there too long.
Review from Operations Dept
Improve staffing!!! Hire full time employees! Pay good wages and real benefits!

Root out more sycophants and get practical performers
Review from Engineering Dept

Base questions on actual scenarios in the work place.
Review from Operations Dept
Need to be more transparent, aggressive and direct with plans to balance financials/fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders with lower carbon future. We should call out our peers who are stating absurd and unrealistic carbon-free goals and what that world would look like.
More staffing with workers that do work and less management and engineers. A true 80/20 on a health care plans based on an exceptional benchmark plan. Health and safety plans run by the workers based on finding true root causes rather than focusing on behavior and blame.
Review from Operations Dept
To must focus on cutting cost at the expense of the work product and the employee moral
Review from Operations Dept
One person in my team is criticizing everyone all the time. She is poisonous. Leadership doesn’t do anything about it
Review from Business Development Dept
Discriminating officers who always think were not doing our tasks
Review from Engineering Dept
Zero tolerance for people making subtle or direct divisive comments in public forums (regarding race, gender, etc.).
Speed of execution for projects that are not multi-million or billion+ dollars
