It's good. I think we're given enough time to complete tasks within a shift. I do think that there could be a "special task" sign up on the white board daily so that hosts and drivers can pitch in a bit with things around HQ while waiting to head out. This is an idea to foster more of a sense of community and giving within the office as opposed to obligation. Kind of an honor system chore chart if you will
