What do you like best about the leadership team?
They talk to us as people and not workers. They want to know us as individuals not employees
Leadership is involved closely in the business and are very transparent. Not only are they boots on the ground and actively involved, but they keep us informed and aware of what's going on with the business
They are extremely empathetic, "in the trenches" with you, and always beyond fair and respectful when it comes to employee needs.
They're super transparent and not averse to taking risks or providing unconventional opportunities for employees!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO is actually unlimited!!!
I make a more than fair wage and have been allocated more stock options than I was expecting when interviewing with a start-up
Development stipend that can be used in any way we wish
Our comp plan has come a long way. It was not in line with other high growth SaaS companies until Q4, 2020. Now, it's in line with the other companies we work with and I believe the team is paid fairly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are a start-up so it's permissible for now, but I expect that as we grow, we will receive better pay, better benefits, and the option to receive additional stock options.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They good off when acceptable and work hard when needed.
Highly motivated, intelligent, collaborative, and fun. Everyone brings their full selves to work everyday so I know them at a level that I didn't feel was possible at previous companies. We're also always pushing each other to be better through feedback and coaching
Everyone is incredibly smart, but also humble and easy to work with.
We have employees from San Francisco to Siberia so we quite literally span the globe! Super cool to meet with, and learn from, people all over the world.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People first is so true
The hiring process does a good job of ensuring that people that are hired are smart, good human beings that are ready to do what's necessary to help us relentlessly grow. Everyone is highly supportive of one another
Kindness, transparency, and a desire to continue growing together
Everybody has a supervisor/leader who they can speak with about any issues or stresses impacting their life. In my experience, the response is ALWAYS employee centric and empathetic. Leadership cares about employees at a personal level and it's felt through many interactions.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview video was the best
My role required a portfolio review, which I really liked because it provided me the opportunity to not just show my work but explain some of the things going on behind the scenes to give them a sense of my working style

What makes you most happy at work?
Working from anywhere is amazing
The combination of the people I work with and the trust that's instilled in me. No one is breathing down my back; they trust that I am going to do my work and solve what is asked of me because I am capable of it.
Helping with the company's foundation Citizens of Our Planet, which supports charitable causes.
Flexibility & trust of my team that we're going to get our work done. There's no micromanagement. But, if you need help or are struggling in any facet, the attitude isn't "I told you so"...the whole leadership team rallies around getting you the support you need.

What do you like best about your company?
Transparency of leadership team and the flexibility we're provided to hit our goals. There is no micromanagement and many of the typical "challenges" faced by scaling teams have been removed due to the foresight of leadership!
