They talk to us as people and not workers. They want to know us as individuals not employees

Leadership is involved closely in the business and are very transparent. Not only are they boots on the ground and actively involved, but they keep us informed and aware of what's going on with the business

They are extremely empathetic, "in the trenches" with you, and always beyond fair and respectful when it comes to employee needs.

They're super transparent and not averse to taking risks or providing unconventional opportunities for employees!
