Very collaborative and supportive. Everyone is extremely driven.

Being that we're all remote, we have taken team trips to SF, Paris, and Ibiza, Spain. Someone said, "we came as a team and left as a family" - I find that to be very accurate.

Because we are all remote, it would be easy to just be "all about business" when you talk to your co-workers- but we all recognize that and even though we don't see each other in person often, there's a sense of camaraderie when we all get together.
