Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Bonus. Expenses need to be approved when we travel for the restaurant

Review from Operations Dept

I feel incredibly undervalued and underpaid. Between managing and trying to obtain a college education I do a lot more than the managers paid more than me.

Review from Operations Dept

Not competitive enough. Underpaid for job we are required to do.

Review from Operations Dept

If i am given a raise considering the amount of efgorts i put in it would be great. I love my job!

Review from Customer Success Dept

The hourly wage is not reflective of the workload and expectations of us. I would feel better if all crew member would start at a $15 mininum wage across the whole company.

Review from Operations Dept

Higher base pay. Eg: CoLA adjustment of 1.25%, with inflation at 3%. Re-implement industry standard differentials; Shift differential, differential based on sales, role differentials offered (eg Grill)

Review from Operations Dept

not caring about their employees

Review from Customer Success Dept

Its not fair that every manger get paid different, even thow tbey work at the same restaurant or pach its not fair all i ask is for equal pay

Review from Sales Dept

Yes i do feel undervalued , 1$ more

Review from Sales Dept

Higher pay rates, paid breaks, and more frequent merit based raises for employees who deserve it.

Review from Operations Dept

I barely make enough money to cover my bills and expenses as a single, childless adult. GMs are incredibly underpaid considering we are expected to work at least 50 hours a week, but also be available when our team needs us

Review from Operations Dept

Based on my remote travel path and how many hours I am on the road. I am not fairly compensated.

Review from Operations Dept

Knowledge of what other companies pay

Review from Operations Dept

It's just the inflation and interest rate is skyrocketing and my salary stayed the same makes it a bit hard to cover all expenses.

Review from Operations Dept

Most employees here feel undervalued. We are expected to do SO MUCH for pay that is not competitive. Food safety, throughput, customer service, etc. is a lot to put on our teams. We need more money if we truly want to retain our team and cultivate a better world.

Review from Operations Dept

Increase base salary and increase stock grants now that shares are so high.

Review from Operations Dept

I believe we are asked to pivot often, by the company, and need to take on additional work frequently with minimul compensation. Our teams merit more often and have more freedom than us, yet we must consistently sacrafice to meet the random pivots.

Review from Operations Dept

Long time employee and under paid compared to peers hired in after me with less experience and education. My managers ( with equity adjustments) are making almost as much as me. SOSARS are under water and don't add value to beneft package.

Review from Operations Dept

Aside from a higher pay, it would help to feel as if my feedback felt important to the processes of the restaurant. Corporate offices will demand our restaurant switch our methods of cleaning/prepping/cooking/preparing but refuses to listen to suggestions from crew on the ground

Review from Operations Dept

More $$ compared to the profits the company makes per year. Million dollar bonuses for the CEO, crumbs for the actual teams bringing in the money.
