My take home net salary

The best part about the compensation package is that everything is included. Medical benefits and communication allowance. As time goes by it changes accordingly, which shows that the company is putting in the effort and looking for different ways to improve the package.

Private medical insurance is a nice perk and equity program. The rest of the package is quite standard.
