Be more user-focused, yes it is good to have ambitious OKRs but let's also allocate resources for Tech debt. Perhaps in Q4 when most of the year is starting to slow down; have a hackathon, bug bashing e.t.c to get all team resources around the customer experience
Review from Operations Dept
More transparency from the top down and more opportunities for those at the bottom to engage or provide feedback from the bottom up. Too much funneling through 'your manager' which is problematic if the manager is not an effective communicator.
Not being listened to. Promotion
aligned with competitor standards would make it better
Review from Legal Dept
compensation based on level and standard
Poor communication and response to raised concerns. Better if i was heard

I feel the salary should be reviwed and levelled up across board.

Understand the importance of synergy. we're in this together; collaboration is an important aspect of achieving our collective goals
Review from Customer Success Dept
There is minimal engagement outside of work topics. Morale is very stale. Either everyone gives the vibe of stressed or lack of want to engage.
Remove the top-down approach when it comes to decisions and efforts. Most of the time one feels that they cannot voice their opinions as the decision has already been made

The culture doesn't align with what is being told to us by the people leaders. Though we are told to take time off, there is an unspoken pressure not to. Managers have much control over career aspirations. More training for managers on how to be LEADERS and not just manage is necessary for morale
