What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our employees in the clinics have a spirit of entitlement, which comes from the Executive leadership.
Treat everyone the same no matter what department the work in are who does what we are all here to help visitors and their family members, because we could be a patient one day and we want to be treat like we matter.
Bad leadershop and vision for the future
Staff just doen't care about each other no one cate how them droping the ball witt affect everyone
Fire executive leadership at the local level
The culture is toxic. The doctors are immature and do not foster a professional environment. There is one emotionally unstable nurse that has done so much damage to the entire staff!
