Stop sweeping bad behavior under the rug. Stand up for your own motto.
Communication, allow for more involvement of frontline staff, perform exit interviews, learn how to retain employees
Focus more on patient care than turning a huge profit.
The 401 (K) plan is awful . Their contribution is very small. They stole a huge amount of PTO dollars from long time employees who had banked them for extended illnesses coverage.
Increase in pay. Hire more employess so staff isnt over worked and burnt out.
To be treated as a staff member and not just a contract work.
Our services are being discontinued
CEO and administration way overpaid and should be cut.

Accurate and complete background checks. Lets not hire criminals or ppl that have proven with their actions they are not responsible. Hire ppl that have a medical background and expeirence.
Be truthful with prospective employees about what they will be doing and expectations.
Our employees in the clinics have a spirit of entitlement, which comes from the Executive leadership.
Treat everyone the same no matter what department the work in are who does what we are all here to help visitors and their family members, because we could be a patient one day and we want to be treat like we matter.
