Chromalox is a unique, innovative global leader in the Thermal Heating Industry, unlike any other. Although there are very real safety concern's I have at CHX, I would still recommend CHX because they offer's job security and career growth that other companies can't or won't offer.
How fast it was and the tour they gave
That's Chromalox for you.... The people are great but management needs to pay people fairly (pay the people that stay or don't pay people just starting out more than your experience operators).

I think he has only been to the Utah plant twice i know of. Nobody here really cares they know it makes no difference anyway.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Chromalox?
Fire the Management and install a bonus incentives for each facility.

Pretty stagnant really. The trouble is bringing 20 plus year employees into the 21 century.

Just get it out the door, i get more time on the books if it comes back so it doesn't matter if it is good or not just get it out the door.

use to like it, then the quality manager left and now it is harder and harder everyday. No one standing up for doing it the right way.

How big of jerks the production managers really are and how little they care about their workers. That and how far they are behind the world in technology.
