What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication and understanding for situations both inside and outside of work
They are flexible in work arrangements
They knew they needed to change the process. It takes guts to change a company at that level.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company is fair and gives increases consistently each year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wanted more things accomplished. The workload was chaotic but it never seemed to go away (the waiting game).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team that I dealt with was positive and awesome.
They are industry experts. They know Chromalox products and customers inside and out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Building positive business relationships and trust with others is one of the most positive adventures that I've been a part of here at our facility.
Friendly coworkers that would answer questions.
I see small changes for the better. They are hiring more and are putting a lot of attention on safety.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
How fast it was and the tour they gave
It felt very casual. It allowed me to stand out.
I liked that I knew about the job I would be doing. They gave me a good picture about what I would be doing every day.

What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm given the full resources, tools and funding to enact the safety changes that are needed here, then I'm very happy and content with working here.
I like the way my work day changes from day to day. It's not just the same old thing every day. I consider my coworkers to be dependable and hardworking.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The production floor culture needs to improve. Night shift should be eliminated and training needs to improve.
