Friendly, very perceptive as to who is not working, who is considered "God" but doesn't deserve the status and has seen why, working on communication improvement, getting actions organized, getting the extra crap off our plates that should not be there that we keep getting hit with.

Hectic, overworked, disjointed. Do not comunicate well with other members of the team, even tiny teams within the small operations team. Disorganized. New manager inherited all this.
