Chubb Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Panel of interviewers participated in interviews

The openness of the expectations and work load

Very welcome feeling and good conversations

Relatively fast process from beginning

i am not sure what to write here. been employed for 6 years

Review from Customer Support Dept

It was quick and personal.

I felt like I was almost lied to in my interview. It was portrayed that WFH positions were available in other departments. It also seems like I would see higher raises.

I liked interviewing the interviewrr

Reviewing my true insight about Chubb

It was efficient and interviewers were honest about the position and in answering my questions. This was 7 years ago, so it could've changed since then.

They agreed to have an interview with me on a Saturday over the computer because i didnt have a babysitter

Communication was great with everyone

Speaking to all managers of the team

Face to face interviews with peers

I met with multiple levels within the department.

They have a great process to find the best people.

Review from Customer Support Dept

My first manager met me for lunch. The interview was both thorough and informal.

It was panel interview so there were a lot of questions

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I feel they need to be more transparent. It would also be helpful to be specific about things. Like salary caps and WFH positions. They also should be more honest about raises and bonus amount.

Less interviews, more of a panel style
