I currently work their and im about to put my 2 weeks notice in! Theres no help for kitchen workers what so ever and they expect 1 person to do the job of 3 or 4. Just absolutely draing of energy and managment makes you feel pike they could care less.

That the other employees know that uts a struggle we try to support eachother as mych as we can while or managers let us fall basicaly
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are nice because they are kids. One of my coworkers broke down in tears because the amount of responsibilitys they put on us its just really alot
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to its employee. If someone is begging for help dont decline ti help them while at the same time acknowledging the struggle they are going thru and helping everyone else
