I was very blessed with all the managers and coworkers at my store, they make a fanatastic team that knows how to get down to business and to have a good time, I can't see myself working with anyone else.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and managers can always manage to put a smile on my face, even on my toughest days. I can't imagine working anywhere else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All my manager are very dedicated and hardworking, and know how to treat their employees with care and respect. They make everyday a blast no matter the situation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so accepting and considerate to you, no what your cultural or ethnic background is. The environment is always fun and entertaining, sometimes you never know what to expect.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated the fun questions that were also on the applications such as "in your opinion, does pineapple belong on pizza?" and "whats your favorite video game?" It gave me a bit of relief.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is one of the best. We all blend well and know how to have a great day, even with all our differences. My team makes me look forward to going to work and thats all I could ask for. They're some of the most hardworking people I've met and always have smiles on their faces.
