It was horrible the tech manager at the store #732 in killeen texas wrongfully fired me and had no right to. I worked in the kitchen a whole other department from him. He fired me over my clothes even tho all the other emplyees wear the same stuff. I do not recommend anyone to work there

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
None of them are ever in uniform theyre always late by an hour so if you open best belive you going to be sitting there losing money because they dont know professionalism. Sometimes they even drink and smoke marijuana on the job and these people run a bussiness for kids.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually do their jobs all they do all day is sit on their phones and steal food from the company nothing is ever done properly because none of them care including the managers. THERE IS BLACK MOLD IN THE KITCHEN AND WALK IN FREEZER THEY KNOW BUT WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT BECAUSE "not my job"
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
First i was underpaid and when i had told them that they just laughed in my face and said they wouldnt pay me what im supossed to be paid until they get paid more. Even tho thats not legally right nor ethical. Never got the benifits because even tho i was hired full time they put me as part time
