I like my GM very much so. We gave great communication and like minded goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the smiles on the guest faces as they enjoy a piping hot pizza and playing games.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My relationship/friendship I ha e developed with my GM.we are like minded in a lot of aspects of work and life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am worth more then intially agreed upon for wages. I have releaved a ton of work load from the GM and he is able to focus on other matters. A higher wage would make things alot better.
