They’re understanding regarding any changes needed to be make with work schedules

I liked how I didn’t feel any pressure, it wasn’t just to have a glimpse of my personality
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Minimum wage is what we get paid so if we get, let’s say 30 hours, it’s decent pay if you’re a high school student
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I honestly wish everyone could get along more. There seems to be cliques at the job when certain people are working. Everyone’s nice, but there isn’t teamwork
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There’s nothing necessarily “wrong” but there is lack of teamwork so whenever it gets super busy, everyone’s stress levels rises more than it should if we were to communicate well
