I am paid fairly for the position that I have.

Days off and annual bonus
We are severely underpaid for the amount of hours and work we put into the job everyday. We don't see a bonus, even while going above and beyond, no merit increases, no promotions or job growth. Cielo does not pay fairly

Compensation is market value but not compete, unwilling to negotiate base rates. Fully remote, provide a computer but no additional spend for home office, internet connection, etc
My compensation is fair. However, I am hoping for a small raise in the future which would allow me to recoup the costs of the higher priced medical benefit plan.
I am paid a lot less than i would be for the same work and responsibilities and tenure somewhere else. I havent gotten a raise (beyond a yearly comp increase which is very small) in 7 years (have worked there for 10).
Well considering the pay of a TAC is very below average of any other company, they could look at raising their minimum at least, the client we serve has done that, but at Cielo we are just supposed to be happy for Days off. Not to sound ungrateful but I feel it is a bit of a smokescreen
Because they expect a lot of work out of you for a little above what you can make at McDonalds. The clients you work for raise their minimum only to see our employees still working for sub-par. Very disheartening and wrong.
I do not feel undervalued, in that my leader is great about recognition. I do believe the position is under paid compared to the market, though.
