Management feedback or design? One is clandestine and usually absent. The other is pretty social & freely available.

I met with a few fellow designers and the design director. I don’t remember waiting more than a week for an answer.

Ops is competitive. Lot of ground work. Ned to see things from lowest level to big picture. No boundaries defined sometimes. Again it depends in which Ops team you are working. There are some Ops team just flashing.

Ops can be hectic sometimes, Some weeks can be like crazy working over 12 hrs (Make sure you don't have to sync with other team sitting in Europe, East Coast & India) else U'll be working round the clock.
