Inclusive , supportive, keeps the team engaged and motivated

Transparency with the entire team

My observation is that our leadership team actively cares about the culture, and the delicate balance of business needs.

They have the empathy for their employees!

The communication style, transparency and empathetic

Does not seem slimy, seems to prioritize DEI and ESG

They are transparent and allowing the decision to be more democratic

Review from Engineering Dept

They truly listen and look for ways of how you can improve and be a better professional and person.

Transparent and are moving the company in the right direction.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Devoid of any human connection, all about the numbers. Totally opposite of what they preach

Industry knowledge is lacking completely in new hire

My manager needs. To be fair, doesnt pay fair or doesnt speak up for people fairly

Toxic executive in Customer Success CX. She needs to go she has destroyed the culture in services

Review from Customer Success Dept

They keep lay off people every 4 months and hire new people who leave after the canonical 1 or 2 years.

Provide transparency during time of change; truly listen to what employees on the ground are experiencing and observing with Cisco customers; address pay equity; be humble enough to admit when certain change and transformation isn’t effective or successful and be willing to change directio

Assessing equality and fairness in regards to compensation across all organizations of the company

Not micromanaging - actually trusting in the reps to get work done.

Review from Operations Dept

Innovation. Planning. Long-term vision that doesn't involve constant LRs.

Review from Marketing Dept

Commitment to I&C, lots of talk. Interesting that the CHRO speaks about I&C but never took an interest or prioritized prior to becoming CHRO.

Review from HR Dept

there is no hope for them. no vision no direction only greed. the only executive team could do is quit and let somebody else take over.

Review from Business Development Dept

retention and young employee treatment

Review from IT Dept

Treat people like adults. Don’t punish everyone for one persons mistake

Review from IT Dept

Lack of business knowledge often results in mediocre results

Review from Engineering Dept

think before doing, any changes in the team

Review from Engineering Dept

being more friendly with employees

Review from Finance Dept

Communication about what is going on with the higher ups

Review from IT Dept

Vision and Strategy for firm

Review from Product Dept

One size fits all policies could be less of a focus

Review from Operations Dept

not just talking the talk. Hiring is still not diverse enough and promoting young women is still not strongly enough in the culture.
