Review from HR Dept

How can I get my bonus

Each team member is willing to help & support as much as they can if needed.

Review from Engineering Dept

There is always someone who will reply to you email asking for help.

They come from all walks of life and are very smart along with providing valuable input to support our goals.

Great people, hard working, no politics

A collective group of like minded people with diverse skill sets working together for a common outcome.

I'm on a team of geniuses who are very humble. No one worries about stepping on toes and everyone speaks highly of each other. There is constant friendly banter and we have fun between serious meetings.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Collaboration, equity of views, always giving to others.

Collaborative and hard working. Always ready to jump in.

Review from HR Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There are infinite personal agendas of VPs and SVPs and that's what gets prioritized, there is no unifying vision for any large segment of Cisco.

Review from Engineering Dept

no problems ever get solved, everyone is pitted against each other, toxic teams

My team are doing the best they can given the tremendous administrative and unnecessary work imposed by COO. We all need to learn to push back on unproductive work

Review from Customer Success Dept

communication is terrible, learning is not a thing

Try to work together across the org instead of staying in your silos.

Review from Marketing Dept

Continuous learning and development to stay up to date is a necessity for tech workers. Align activities to company impact and translate associated metrics for prioritization

Inclusion. If you think outside of the box on my team, you're punished instead of rewarded. Large group-think problem in Cisco IT. Even if you're optimizing a process, people get annoyed because of slow/stagnant mentality. They want things to remain as they are and nothing to be disrupted.

Review from IT Dept

Stop stabbing us in the back

Review from Customer Support Dept

Being different is what I go towards, so if I'm working with my co workers there should be differences. Everyone shouldn't be the same
