Comraderie and genuine care for each other's well being. Met some of the best people at this company. Unfortunately that stops the further up you go. Perhaps that is just the corporate standard.

I love the team it’s very diverse, and full of hard workers. Every worker wants to perform with 100 percent quality. They are all hard workers and do not get enough credit. They are a great team, they follow the rules even if they aren’t strictly enforced.

In scrum teams at this particular bank there is no cohesion and there is no alignment on what needs to be done. There is a lack of core leadership. One team can have three different managers in less than a year
