They communicate their message to colleagues in all departments pretty often but there seems to be a disconnect between how things really are at the ground level and what is being communicated to leadership. Therefore they're unable to make the most sound decisions.
The need to have Software Engineering managers who actually have a technical background. Its great that they're CPAS and have MBAs but maybe those individuals should stick to the business side. The company prioritizes short term gains for maximum long term pain and suffering and often does not think
The leadership team needs to be trained and educated in the actual work being done. They tend to set rules and regulations that make no sense in regards to the work being done it actually slows the process down. They would realize this is they had more training about the actual job being done.
