Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Only managers and above are paid bonuses. Unless you are high up the food chain don't expect much pay. Their healthcare contribution is 20% of your paycheck for okay coverage and you will be forced to submit your medical records to the app to stay that way or pay even more.
