Immediate environment is consistently short staffed and you are expected to do 3 positions in one role effectively and effeciently . Not realistic understand in economic times but others feell they do not have to contribute or display teamwork.

I feel like management has lost sight of the client. CNB no longer feels like a community bank, we are more loke BofA Jr. It's sad and disheartening.

The area that I am in does not have proper support and resources from the Bank, particularly support from IT. We are a high paid area that does a ton of manual mindless work to get to our real work. Also, the focus on diversity/inclusion/social justice issues are excessive and feel forced on employe
