We hire associates that do not have prior work experience and ask them to do the work without prior knowledge or experience. We hire managers who have never been managers in their career and lack the leadership comp.

Compensation and incentive transparency. Our data needs to get better. Discretionary incentives shouldn't tie an employee for two years at the bank. There is too much anxiety around incentive and how people get paid, and there is always this sense of "gotcha" even though. that is not the reality.

Immediate environment is consistently short staffed and you are expected to do 3 positions in one role effectively and effeciently . Not realistic understand in economic times but others feell they do not have to contribute or display teamwork.
