What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, honest and transparent. Theyre always available to talk. No question is ever off limits.
The leadership team is junior but open to learning and growing and want to grow the company. The are committed to creating a best place to work for all employees.
That they are active in maintaining a great company culture and listening to every level of the organization on how to improve it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great salary and pay out for stock
flexibility to work from home
That my salary is above the market average.
Salary seems reasonable and they even slightly exceeded my asking salary when hired

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really kind, helpful and we have so much fun
Smart hard working people that are committed to making Citybase great.
It's small but really collaborative and works across different departments really well.
There is a close working dynamic, but being a remote employee can be tough to keep in the loop.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are super friendly and care about each other
People all want to do a good job and work really hard.
Everyone is willing to wear a lot of hats and jump in to help at any given moment.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting various members of the team and being able to come to the new office, which is beautiful
Ability to meet several different people
That is was well planned, the meetings flowed and they were informative.
It moved very quickly--I had several conversations over about 2 weeks before receiving offer. I was referred by an external contact who is respected by the company.

Working with my coworkers, theyre hardworking but always approachable and a ton of fun to hang out with at the office
Seeing the success that we have as a team and rolling out new products
