In general the experience depends on the principal. I feel that sometimes the people who do the wrong things are moved higher in the company to hide their actions.

WE are a team. We help each other and take care of one another.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to make better decisions that not only benefit the kids but benefit employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because they have not paid me extra duty pay for Nov. or all of Jan.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed almost 20 years ago so it is difficult to remember what I liked the most and it was under a different supervisor than I have now.
