As I mentioned before if i was paid more especially for working 2 years at the company I would have stayed longer. But I will say going to miss the staff alot
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was willing to higher me regardless of my race and wheather or not I had job experiences.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees/coworkers are very kind and understanding, and I've built a relationship with not just them but the customers as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my coworkers who I now consider my friends and the same is said for not all but some of the customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are very understanding and relatable. They are fun to work with and i would be happy to work with them again.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I would have been inn this position longer if our higher ups either gave us more hours our pay us more for the things we had to do on a daily basis
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When working at the dollar tree there is no pention or any good benefits to gain from working at this company. The least they could do as mentioned before is to pay us more than minimum wage.
