Our store is on the border of two states, one pays considerably more for minimum wage. I can't keep employees when even our sister company that we own offers competitive wages and we don't. This company sets you up for failure.

I am a merchandise manager i pretty much run the whole store and thats fact we have employees stealing and nothing being done when you say you refuse to work with thief on your clock not acceptable

After completing all three modules, and I learns the new store manager would not allow me to participate in any magic managerial tasks related to my position. I thought I had been demoted. She continued to completely ignore me for an entire week.

It was fast I got the job on the spot in EQ. But I never had to prove I could operate a reach truck just took my word on it. That should change in the future ove hiring EQ drivers

Again, the meager salary and ridiculous expectations for freight moved by the hour don't make me leap out of bed and into the store, but at least it's something. Under employed is better than unemployed.

My store is high volume so were always busy. Our store is very well stocked. There is a lot of variety of items that we offer.
