Fun environment, we get the job done even though we know the job duties are not worth the pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our store is on the border of two states, one pays considerably more for minimum wage. I can't keep employees when even our sister company that we own offers competitive wages and we don't. This company sets you up for failure.
