They are very fair but they get the job done. The store is kept stocked up which makes the customers happy.

Not one full timer can afford 450 bucks a month for Benefits. They are paying a Merchandise Mngr 19 bucks a hour in CT and they wonder why they have no help Again DISCRACEFUL

They have to big of a turn around with employees, because they won't give us the hours or pay. We have no incentive to want to stay. I wholeheartedly believe in the dollar tree and love my job other than the fact I don't make but barely a 100 bucks a week due to no hours and no raises
