What do you like best about the leadership team?
Constant pursuit of success with honest consideration of what success looks like for customers, associates and shareholders. The leadership team has the ability to move a large organization quickly without sinking the ship.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to appreciate their employees more. They expect you to be on call, sometimes for multiple days, but only be paid minimum wage for the 4 hour shift you work.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package is the number of items considered. It is a highly competitive package line item after line item.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I give this company my all and have received nothing in return. I make just above minimum wage, am never allowed to make over to,e, but will be expected to work 2 weeks straight or work 13 hour shifts.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't have any meetings

There is a passion here to win. No excuse for less. It is a great culture. It never ceases to amaze me at how well we all treat each other, whether it is passing in the hall or speaking in a meeting, there is a lot of respect for people on the team.

A recognition of not being perfect, but encouraging everyone to be students of our environment and to share what we can all do together to be better tomorrow.

I am surrounded by diversity, but when it comes to our work mission, we are one team. As long as you take advantage of the opportunity, everyone has a voice. Participation and ownership is encouraged.
