Not much manager acts hateful towards me, but nice towards all female workers, high male turnover rate

To notice how hard I as the employee work and they make me feel unappreciated. I go in on my days off and never say no when they need me for extra hours or extra shifts. I do all that is asked and as well as do things to make the place better without being asked.

Raise your pay rate to get people to work 7.25-7.35 is not going to get anyone to work.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Poor systems and e learning could be done better

Do background checks. We had 4 abusive managers, 2 that stole from the store, and 2 that sexualy harrased female employees. In the span of three years. Let alone the amount of managers that just sat on their butts, and ate fast food in the office while other people did their jobs.
