What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We do not have managers, we have people who just repeat what higher management tells them to say . if there is a problem in any way there is chaos.

They need to be out in the field visiting stores more often. Get in the stores and actually look around. Are the stores set to plan-o-gram? Are the stores stocked? Are managers hiring and mentoring employees?

low pay for the amount of work expected, very heavy back breaking work.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It would be wonderful if my co-workers would show up for their scheduled shifts. It would also be wonderful if when they do show up they worked their entire shift. They need to stay off their phones and be more focused on customer service and productivity. Most do not seem to care about the work.

it used to be a wonderful place to work, i have been there since day one when they opened the doors. senior management has no respect for its workers or their home lives.

My store is high volume so were always busy. Our store is very well stocked. There is a lot of variety of items that we offer.
