Caring about their employees and communicating an actual strategy
Upper management needs to show they care more about the lower employees. Also listen to our opinions more considering we are the ones dealing with the guests on a daily basis.

Manager does not advocate for the employees. Sets up barriers to keep employees from contacting corporate.

Better holiday and double time/other similar incentive pay for having to work bank holidays.
I don't receive any benefits. Higher pay would be great considering we work harder.
Move it to market rates and stop the slashing of benefits
Must work a certain number of hours per week to obtain the benefits. But you can only work the hours that are given to you by your manager. Not allowed to work over that amount.
