There is no shortage of communities and initiatives to get involved in. And, if you feel that something is missing, there is endless support to start up your own initiative!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the opportunities. Having such a great support group that encourages you to explore new areas and take risks in your career is truly rewarding. They push me to be better at what I do every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My team is like my second family. Everyone is also extremely understanding and flexible. I am also very lucky to work with higher-ups who want to see me grow and thrive in my career - not just in a way that will benefit the company but in an area that interests me.
