The people I get to work with on a daily basis as well as knowing that I am delivering real value to the client.

The fact that the interviewers actually seemed to care about you during the interview process and how positively they all spoke about the company and the culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that it is an all encompassing package everything from free vision and life insurance, to really good dental and health insurance as well as your base pay, bonuses, and annual raises.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a culture of caring and collectively doing good work together. You are not put in a position to compete with your peers, but rather do whatever it takes to deliver brilliant client service together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
You are not just a number to the leadership team, they want you to learn and grow and enjoy being a part of the company. When in meetings if you have opinions or something to say even as a more junior person, they want to hear you out.
