What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance is great. The flexible work hours are fantastic and show that families are a priority.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like working with the team members that are in office. I do not like working with remote workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Their courage to get to the heart of any problem, their willingness to jump in and help wherever needed and the humility with which they lead.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard and play harder. Everyone at Class Llama is a high caliber individual and we value working as a team to accomplish our goals; making high quality work and high quality fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is people focused. There is complete transparency for each employee. If we have an issue, we are encouraged to voice it and we aren't faulted for it. The leadership works hard to ensure everyone is happy with their position. We also have extensive in house training which is invaluable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that we are all working together and no one will be left behind or stuck in a difficult position. We help each other and we have TONS of fun along the way. Nerf wars, playful banter, deep conversations about life and work, and genuine care and encouragement are all common place occurrences.
