That it is not your typical culture. Many companies say they care, but this company actually does. They truly want you to succeed and have set up an environment where you can. Or, at least, have the resources to help accomplish that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The time they give you to focus on things outside of work. If you have your work done and have taken care of the things being asked, take time off. If you need to go pick up your child from school, go do it. You are not shamed for this.
