What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when we clearly communicate and produce astounding lift for a client of ours. Through this our talent is showcased, our empathy is demonstrated, and our professional reputation is buffed-it makes for a great day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team aims high and when they miss they own it and make adjustments. What this means to me is that they can spend time trying, winning some and losing some but we get the best pieces and continually win.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is close, they always want to win for our clients and ultimately the collaboration that occurs just makes us better. We know when we can do more and we encourage one another to achieve great work whatever the task. The personal connections grow and grow with this attitude across the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is open and coworkers can be raw and there is a lot of grace both ways. This helps build deeper relationships rather than avenues of transactions. I really enjoy sitting next to a work mate and asking what is something that you would change to make your day better and listening.
