I have never been part of a company who is so concerned for their employees. They are always striving to find out how they can make us better employees and people.
I feel like I am part of a family. Enough said.
My overall experience has been challenging but meaningful
Willingness to listen to concerns and ideas.
That they care about my mental health
They care about you professionaly AND personally.
Ability to talk openly and suggest new ideas.
They are ALWAYS willing to help.
The push to grow and be better everyday.
The people. They make the job.
The feeling of accomplishment that comes with it
Paid time off is the best part for me
We are invested in each others lives and families!
That people care about others
The feeling of success daily
Feeling like I matter and that my work is appreciated.
The most positive for me is the family/work balance they offer.
Many perks revolve around health and I think that is very important.
They trust me to make decisions without standing over my shoulder constantly
Freedom to think and the ability to be trusted to work independently.
Openess to listen and implement ideas coming from the bottom of the chain.
Our leadership team is open to new ideas and willing to implement them.
They listen to the concerns of employees and make adjustments based on those concerns.
Everyone has respect for each other even if they share different or opposing beliefs.
That they care about all aspects of our lives, not just professional. They are caring and have empathy.
PTO in my opinion. They are fully supportive in balancing work/home life and that makes all the difference in a good employer.
I have taken on a plethora of new responsibilities and I do not feel that I have been compensated fairly as we have absorbed many positions within the company in the past year. I understand that we need to be mindful of spending, but we also should reward those who have absorbed these positions.
