Everyone is just real. They are honest people who genuinely GOOD inside. We are all different in our own way, but this set of people just have a good vibe and it works!

The environment is always changing and we are always pivoting to keep up with the tech world around us. Its awesome to see and be apart of. I also love the family events and just work get togethers we have been having lately! Its just the right amount of fun!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like starting compensation was fine. Its been a bit disheartening to go years without so much as a bonus or yearly raise. When I was hired, I was told there would be a bonus structure and that got taken away when it was time to payout after we had a bad year financially as a company.
