What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very guinean and ideas are welcomed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are invested fully in the company and employees. It is not often a company has leadership that does a great job at both.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We talk through issues and find solutions to help set our team up for success, we like each-other and joke around and we learn from one-another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO and autonomy. I value that the company is aware life does not stop. Being able to handle life "stuff" without fear of losing my job is one of the best perks and makes me want to work harder and with even more excellence.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I am working for an ethically sound company who's employees like working with one another and the confidence and trust I have in leadership. I can honestly say I have never been apart of an organization like Classy Llama and I am thankful.
